Indy Roof & Restoration is hiring an experienced Outside Sales Representative to run in-home roofing sales appointments in the Indianapolis area. We handle production, scheduling, insurance processing, and back-office support–so you can focus on what you do best: closing deals.

This role is built for closers, not beginners. Top performers earn $250K+.

What You’ll Do

• Run in-home and on-site roofing sales appointments
• Sell residential and light commercial roofing projects
• Present proposals and close contracts
• Work an assigned territory within approximately one hour of your home base
• Follow up on leads and active opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of sales experience preferred
• Confident closer with strong communication skills
• Self-motivated, accountable, and driven
• Valid driver’s license
