Role Description

This full-time, on-site Outreach Coordinator role is based in Yerevan, Armenia. The Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with community partners, coordinating outreach initiatives, organizing events, and promoting awareness of iVital Wellness services. This role requires conducting thorough research to identify new outreach opportunities, delivering training sessions, and providing exceptional customer service to both prospective clients and community stakeholders. Additionally, the Outreach Coordinator will work closely with the internal team to align outreach activities with the organization’s mission and goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Community Outreach skills to effectively engage with diverse groups and promote organizational initiatives.
• Proven ability in Customer Service to build trust, address inquiries, and ensure positive experiences for clients and community members.
• Proficiency in Research to identify new opportunities, analyze data, and provide insights for outreach strategies.
• Experience in designing and delivering Training sessions tailored to a variety of audiences.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Passion for community impact and improving health through holistic care approaches.
• Fluency in Armenian and English is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Community Development, Public Relations, Social Work, or a related field is highly desirable.
