We are hiring CDL‑A Team Drivers for a dedicated, high‑mileage route offering consistent schedules, predictable home time, and stable freight. This position is ideal for teams seeking long‑term reliability and structured lanes.

Teams average 5,920 miles per week and operate on set pickup days with the same days off every week—no rotating schedules.

Compensation & Miles

• Average Miles: 5,920 miles per week (per team)
• Pay Type: Mileage‑based (details discussed during hiring)

Driver Requirements

• Valid CDL‑A
• Hazmat endorsement required
• Drivers without Hazmat must be willing to obtain endorsement within 30–45 days
• Must be able to operate as a team
• Acceptable safety and driving record

Until Hazmat is obtained, teams will run non‑Hazmat freight based on hire location.

• Run Compton freight until Hazmat is completed

• Pickup Time: 2:00 PM EST
• Live Load: Average 5–6 hour wait
• Delivery Time: 6:00 AM EST

Delivery Schedule

• Monday pickup → Delivery due Wednesday 8:00 PM EST
• Wednesday pickup → Delivery due Friday 8:00 PM EST
• Friday pickup → Delivery due Monday 8:00 PM EST

Kent, WA Pickups

• Pickup Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
• Load Type: Drop & Hook
• Scheduled Departure: 9:00 PM EST

Delivery to North Charleston, SC

• Monday pickup → Delivery due Friday 6:00 AM EST
• Wednesday pickup → Delivery due Monday 6:00 AM EST
• Friday pickup → Delivery due Wednesday 6:00 AM EST

Schedule & Home Time

• Fixed pickup schedule
• Same days off every week
