About Brain Chase

We turn K-12 afterschool time into fast-paced, competitive escape room experiences – and we’re scaling them nationwide.

Brain Chase runs high-energy, team-based summer and afterschool programs for elementary students. We provide the instructors, then the kids solve puzzles, crack codes, complete physical challenges, and race against neighboring schools. Students, parents, instructors, and schools love us. And we’re ready to expand quickly.

Our goal: become a leading afterschool provider across the U.S.

The Role

You’ll work directly with the founder to scale from dozens of schools to hundreds.

We already have tech, operations, and sales systems that work. Your job is to manage our growing network of schools and instructors to deliver an excellent experience as we rapidly scale. 

This is a high-ownership role.

What You’ll Own

Growth & Sales

• Respond quickly to inbound leads and book calls
• Lead demos with schools and close deals
• Keep the sales pipeline moving

Program Operations

• Onboard new schools (forms, scheduling, setup)
• Launch programs (registration, communication, logistics)
• Coordinate with schools and handle invoicing
• Ensure every site runs smoothly—and renews

Instructor Team

• Recruit, hire, and train instructors
• Manage scheduling (WhenIWork)
• Ensure coverage and solve issues in real time

What We’re Looking For

• Highly organized—you don’t drop details
• Strong communicator (email, phone, Zoom)
• Comfortable closing
• Fast, proactive, and self-directed
• Able to manage multiple workflows at once

Preferred:

• Experience in education or youth programs
• Experience managing people or running programs

Most importantly:

• You execute.
• You follow through.
• You keep things moving.

Logistics:

• This is a full-time position
• U.S.-based candidates preferred
• Afternoon availability required (to align with school schedules)
• Limited travel required

This Is Not The Role For You If:

• You need a lot of direction or structure
• You’re uncomfortable following up multiple times to close a deal
• You don’t like juggling multiple moving pieces at once
• You wait for problems to be assigned instead of jumping in

Compensation

• $60,000 – $70,000 base
• Health, vision, dental benefits
• Performance upside
