To strengthen our leadership team and support our continued growth across North America, we are looking for an Operations Director based in the United States.
Role and responsability :
- Effectively supervise operations to meet quality, schedule, and cost objectives
- Solve problems and drive continuous improvement of methods and processes
- Organize work and develop teams to maximize performance
- Optimize resources and equipment while supporting business development and customer satisfaction
- Ensure a safe work environment by rigorously applying health and safety standards
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration, or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of drilling operations
- Over 10 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, resourceful, and mechanically inclined
