THE OPPORTUNITY 

The Office and Facilities Manager ensures that Cure’s floors and shared spaces deliver a high-touch, hotel-quality experience for tenants, guests, and event attendees while keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes. 

You will oversee the day-to-day hospitality and office environment across Cure’s floors, including janitorial support, porter oversight, corporate essentials, and vendor coordination. You will keep spaces stocked and presentable, manage facility and equipment issues, support event-related facility needs, and act as a proactive, visible presence on the floor. This role requires flexibility beyond a traditional 9-to-5 schedule to support early-morning, evening, or occasional weekend programs as needed. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Oversee vendor contracts and service agreements (janitorial, porter, equipment, and related services), ensuring strong performance, clear expectations, and timely renewals. 
• Oversee janitorial support and porter teams to maintain a clean, polished, and guest-ready environment at all times. 
• Manage corporate essentials on Cure floors (e.g., Amazon and other suppliers) and ensure offices and shared spaces are stocked with paper, staples, and other core supplies. 
• Coordinate basic office equipment and printer needs, including Canon and other vendor relationships, to address issues quickly and minimize downtime. 
• Conduct regular walkthroughs to monitor facility conditions, identify issues, and coordinate repairs with vendors and building teams. 
• Maintain storage and equipment trackers, ensuring items are properly located, labeled, and moved according to protocol and timeline. 
• Support events with pre- and post-event facilities checks, confirming setups are accurate and spaces are restored to standard after programs. 
• Manage vendor load-ins and load-outs, escorting as needed and ensuring alignment with building rules and Cure procedures. 
• Oversee curbside deliveries and internal distribution to keep traffic flowing smoothly and protect the building’s standards. 
• Track porter and related support time associated with events or special projects for accurate internal billing. 

WHO YOU ARE

• 5+ years of experience in facilities, hospitality, office management, venue operations, or a related environment. 
• Experience managing janitorial, porter, or custodial teams and holding vendors to clear service standards. 
• Highly organized and proactive, with strong attention to detail and a bias toward anticipating needs rather than reacting to issues. 
• Comfortable in a dynamic, event-driven environment and willing to work flexible hours (including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends) based on campus and event needs. 
• A strong communicator with a service mindset who builds positive relationships with tenants, guests, and internal teams. 
• Hotel management or luxury hospitality experience is a plus and will be highly valued. 

COMPENSATION & LOCATION

• Expected salary range: $85,000–$100,000, commensurate with experience, plus a competitive benefits package. 
• This role is based onsite at Cure’s innovation campus in New York City and requires a flexible schedule rather than a standard 9-to-5 workday.
