Premier at Perry Village, our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in New Bloomfield, PA, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehab team. In this rewarding role, you’ll help residents regain independence and improve their ability to perform everyday tasks—making a meaningful impact through hands-on, patient-centered care.

What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans with measurable short- and long-term goals

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to enhance independence, safety, and daily functioning

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated and effective rehabilitation outcomes

• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques to support continued progress

What You’ll Bring:

• Active Occupational Therapist license (OTR/L) in the state of Pennsylvania

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program

• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-focused approach
