The Role
Level one Security Officer needed on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Shifts are as follows:
Friday- 12PM to 8PM- 8 Hours
Saturdays- 6AM to 8PM- 14 hours
Sundays- 6AM to 8PM- 14 hours
$19.00 per Hour (No NM Guard Card)
$20.00 per Hour (With Active NM Guard Card)
The job consists of watching over assets in your personal vehicle and checking in on your phone every hour. Overtime is available on night shifts when there are call-offs, 4PM to 6AM. We will train the right person and ensure they receive their guard card.
This is a 6-month project, you will have the option to transfer to other jobsites throughout NM if you are willing to travel after the Clovis job site is complete.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Protection: Provide a professional security presence to protect staff, customers, and property.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate logs of shift activities and incidents to exceed customer expectations.
- Consultative Mindset: Act as a professional representative of Superior Security Services, identifying potential risks before they become issues.
Candidate Requirements
- Professionalism: Must possess a high level of integrity and a professional demeanor.
- Reliability: Ability to work various shifts (Days, Nights, Weekends, Holidays) as part of a 24/7 operation.
- Licensing: Must meet all New Mexico private security licensing requirements (Unarmed).
- Background: Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Smartphone: Must possess a modern smartphone capable of running mobile applications for real-time digital reporting, GPS logging, and seamless communication with dispatch.
- Transportation: Must have access to a reliable vehicle to ensure punctual arrival at the job site.
