I know what it feels like to be unappreciated as a great automotive technician. I know how it feels to not have your voice heard. To work with broken or no shop tools. To feel like nothing we do matters. I was there for a long time. So I made sure that my shop was going to be anything but that!
I have been in the automotive repair business my entire life. From the day I opened my doors I vowed to change how this industry views automotive repair. I wanted to be THE shop that people talked about. I wanted to give my customers a product they could rave about. An experience that they could not get anywhere else.
In order to do that I had to create a culture where my employees were heard and part of something bigger than just a job. I wanted to create a shop built on mutual respect among every team member. I wanted to make sure we had every piece of tool and equipment needed to get the job done right. Most importantly, I wanted to always show appreciation and be the place where EVERYONE wanted to work. We have been working at this since the day we opened and we have no plans to stop.
Are we perfect…no way. But we strive for it every day. We have a team that is second to none and we build on our failures together and grow from them.
We are without a doubt the fastest growing shop in the area, and we need to add technicians to keep up with this growth.

* This position is only for extremely serious automotive technicians that have made this a career. Minimum shop experience of 6 years. You must be capable of billing out at least 50 hours of work a week. We are a very high-volume shop and we need team members who are motivated, productive, and focused on performance and making a difference in their career. Please do not apply unless this is your career and you have a minimum of 6 years shop experience, all of your own tools, and can competently diagnose a car. Thank you!
Pay: $120,000.00 – $160,000.00 per year
