Role Description

This is a full-time or part-time (remote) role for a New Home Sales Mentor.

If you’re an enthusiastic new home sales professional who values independence, unlimited earning potential, and helping others grow, this opportunity is for you. As a New Home Sales HSA Certification sales representative, you’ll guide agents in understanding the value of the HSA Certification and how it positions them for success in the homebuilding industry. This role requires a true heart for service. It’s a fully remote, commission-only role where you control your time, pipeline, and income—with no limits. Qualifications

• Expertise in New Home Sales and Residential Real Estate
• Strong B2B-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Proven success in Sales and the ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Excellent communication skills with remote tools proficiency
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
• Experience in property sales or real estate development is a plus
