Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Oklahoma City, OK, for a Network Server Administrator. The role involves managing and maintaining server and system infrastructures, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing technical support, and ensuring optimal system performance. The Network Server Administrator will also oversee the installation, configuration, and updates of operating systems while maintaining a secure and efficient IT environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Server Administration and System Administration techniques to maintain and optimize IT infrastructure
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
• Ability to provide effective Technical Support to end-users and internal teams
• Experience with managing and optimizing Operating Systems
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail with technical expertise
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA, or similar) are a plus
• Excellent ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
