Role Description
Umoja Food for Health combines software and live nutrition services to improve health outcomes and engagement. In addition to 1:1 counseling, clients have access to nutrition, fitness and lifestyle modification support & content, that is customized to meet their individual needs.
Navigators are responsible for helping connect eligible members with our Registered Dietitians.
- Making outbound calls
- Recieving inbound calls
- Transferring members to available Registered Dietiians
- Scheduling Nutrition Consultations
Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Call center experience preferred
- Ability to handle sensitive information (PHI)
- CRM system experience
- Comfortable working remotely
- Strong communication skills
