For more than 40 years, we’ve partnered with grocery retailers to design, engineer, and manufacture custom merchandising solutions—built specifically to fit each retailer’s store environment, brand standards, operational needs, and merchandising strategy.

We’re growing, and we’re looking for a National Account Manager to lead and expand our presence across the Southeast.

Job Summary

The National Account Manager is the primary point of contact for our customers in their territory, providing expert advice, knowledge, and solutions across a wide range of products. The Account Managers must be self-starters who are organized, results-driven, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit, and proactively expand a portfolio of existing accounts while building relationships with the customers in their assigned geography.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Achieve consistent success for both assigned sales goals as well as assigned performance targets
• High degree of organizational awareness and ability to navigate organizational matrix to leverage resources
• High level of motivation and customer focus, continuous improvement mentality required in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Ability to influence a broad range of stakeholders
• Ability to handle conflicts, influence a broad range of stakeholders, and lead/inspire others
• Strong Time and Territory Management skills for maximizing customer interactions
• generate leads and drive sales
• Build and sustain long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers based within an assigned sales territory.
• Traveling within an assigned sales territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers.
• Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy to drive sales.
• Maintaining an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales.
• Collaborating with the marketing department to expand brand presence through the creation of suitable marketing materials.
• Researching competitors’ products and pricing as well as market conditions.
• Strategically negotiating with potential and existing customers to close sales.
• Comply with company policies and legal guidelines.
• Performs any other duties assigned by management.

• Up to 40% same-day travel on average (minimal flights and overnight) depending on the location of offices, project sites, and customer need.
• Available to work a flexible schedule that may include some nights and weekends.
• Able to work extended hours as needed.

Education and Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in direct sales of engineered products or solution-based selling preferred
• Valid Driver’s License & Evidence of Ability to Insure
• Associates in Business (or related field) preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office

Physical Demands

• Prolonged periods sitting.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
• Occasionally lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Work Environment:

The majority of work is performed in a general office environment. The position may require occasional availability for extended hours.
