Position: Member Service Representative (Account Services)

Start Date: May 11, 2026

Job Description

• To respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high volume, schedule-driven and structured contact center operation.
• Provide information regarding Client’s products and services demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service. Perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs and/or other accounts.
• Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive member interaction.
• Answer 80 – 100 inbound calls per shift

Skills & Requirements

• 1-3 years of customer service experience required
• Call center experience, retail, service industry, banking
• Effective communication and active listening skills
• High school diploma

Location: Pensacola, FL/opportunity to work a hybrid schedule after training

Training: Fully onsite from 5/11 – 7/10, Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm

FLEX shifts available after training: Full time/ Monday – Saturday (Sunday off and 1 weekday off), 11:00am – 8:30pm, 12:30pm – 10:00pm, 1:00pm – 10:30pm, 1:30pm – 11:00pm

Internet Requirements To Work Hybrid

• Must have fiber or cable internet
• No wireless internet (T Mobile is not compatible)
• Direct access to router
• Distraction free environment/Quiet place to work

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 – $17.50/hr.
