Role Overview

• Job Title: Customer Service Representative

• Location: Phoenix, AZ 85044
• Work Type: On‑Site
• Shift: Monday–Friday
• Training: Day shift
• Post‑training: Flexible start times (8:00 AM to10:00 AM)

What You’ll Do

• Handle high‑volume inbound calls from homeowners regarding payments, escrow, and general mortgage servicing questions
• Make a portion of outbound calls to remind borrowers of upcoming payments and offer payment-by-phone options (not collections)
• Deliver professional, empathetic service while meeting quality, productivity, and attendance metrics

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of recent call center experience handling inbound and outbound calls
• Customer service background in financial services, mortgage, banking, or loan servicing preferred
• Strong job tenure and reliability with no significant employment gaps
• High school diploma or equivalent

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ 85048.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 – $20.50/hr.
