Medicare Specialist Full Time

Do you enjoy building relationships and guiding clients through important life transitions? Are you passionate about helping people make confident healthcare decisions? Altura Benefits is seeking a motivated and service-oriented Medicare Specialist to join our growing team.

In this role, you’ll work directly with Medicare-eligible clients to help them understand their supplement and MedAdvantage options and enroll in coverage that best fits their needs.

Compensation: $41,500 to $60,000 (based on experience and licensure)

What You’ll Do:

• Guide clients through Medicare plan options with professionalism and care.
• Assist clients with enrollment and ensure they understand their benefits and coverage.
• Provide personalized recommendations based on each client’s unique situation and goals.
• Build strong relationships through exceptional customer service and follow-through.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers to help resolve questions or concerns.
• Stay informed on Medicare guidelines, compliance requirements, and industry updates.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of experience in an office, customer service, healthcare, or insurance-related environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Professional phone presence and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
• Willingness to obtain a Utah Health & Life Insurance Producer License (if not already licensed).
