Medicare Home Health Sales Liaison Full Time Field Based

Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and grow a network of referral sources within your assigned territory
- Establish relationships with physicians, hospitals, rehab centers, assisted living facilities, and community organizations
- Implement marketing and sales strategies to increase brand awareness and generate referrals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth referral and onboarding process for new clients
- Track outreach activities and maintain accurate records of referral trends and progress
Qualifications
- Proven experience in healthcare marketing, sales, or business development, home care experience preferred
- Excellent relationship building, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
