We are looking for a Spine sales manager for the MIDWEST, Geography:
– Michigan, Illinois, Kansas, Missouri, Wisconsin, Ohio, Kentucky, Minneapolis, Indianapolis (can live in any of those states)
– Currently 5 direct reps and 10 distributors. Plan is to expand both direct and distributors
About the Role
The role requires a sales manager with a focus on spine products in the medical device industry.
Responsibilities
- 2 to 8 years of direct sales experience in the medical device industry with a focus on spine products
- 1 to 2 years of experience managing peers or direct reports in a sales environment
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong clinical knowledge of spine surgery procedures and products
Qualifications
- 6 to 8 years of direct sales experience in the medical device industry with a focus on spine products
- 1 to 2 years of experience managing peers or direct reports in a sales environment
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong clinical knowledge of spine surgery procedures and products
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable sales strategies
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities across a multi-state territory
- Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales reporting tools
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the medical device industry
- Knowledge of spine surgery procedures
Pay range and compensation package
Can be in the 200-300K range plus car allowance and flex depending on background.
