Job Summary

We are inviting applications for the role of Process Associate – Medical Records Transaction Processing. This role involves handling sensitive medical records, ensuring accurate retrieval, processing, and secure distribution of healthcare documentation.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and capable of managing confidential information with high accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Retrieve and process medical records as per request
• Perform customer record lookup and verification
• Manage and maintain Health Source queues effectively
• Burn and prepare medical records on CDs for distribution
• Handle and safeguard sensitive medical information in compliance with privacy standards
• Track and report daily/weekly performance metrics
• Maintain performance dashboards and reporting systems
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks within deadlines

Required Qualifications

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable sitting and working for extended periods
• Basic computer proficiency, including CD burning and file handling

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Minimum 1 year of work experience (preferred)
• Prior experience in medical records or healthcare operations is a plus
