Responsibilities

As a Medical Assistant, you will play an important role in helping our office run smoothly and ensuring that every patient has a positive experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and rooming patients in a professional and welcoming manner
• Taking and documenting vital signs, medical histories, medications, and chief complaints
• Preparing patients for exams and assisting providers during visits
• Performing both clinical and administrative tasks as needed
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
• Assisting with phone calls, messages, and patient communication
• Cleaning, stocking, and organizing exam rooms
• Supporting providers and staff to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Medical Assistant preferred
• Medical Assistant certification is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced outpatient setting
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Team player who is compassionate and patient-focused
• Bilingual candidates are a plus
