The Medical Assistant Navigator is responsible for replying to patient’s messages, primarily through MyChart, to ensure the patient’s health care needs are met and removing barriers to care in a timely fashion. Serves as advocate and medical contact person for patient, family, healthcare team members to assure continuity of care and optimal clinical and resource outcomes.
