Job Purpose:
To contribute to the development of functioning prototypes that will eventually become production ATV/SxS vehicles, researching and applying new technologies to support business targets and maintaining global vehicle product quality.

Key Accountabilities
Develop, provide guidance or oversight to others to develop complex component and system layouts for ATV/SxS prototype vehicles using computer-aided design software that achieve concept targets, function requirements, and manufacturing requisites without supervision. Communicate specification requirements and manufacturing control points via prototype and production drawings that result in setting the final specifications of global ATV & SxS new models and mass production vehicles. Maintain accurate technical, development, and administrative documentation as required. Delegate work appropriately
Qualifications, Experience, and Skill:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field10+ years of engineering experience, preferably in Powersports or Automotive fieldHighly proficient in understanding and application of company philosophy, policiesHighly proficient in written and oral communicationHighly proficient in problem-solving methodsHighly proficient in creating a plan and scheduleHighly proficient understanding of development project cyclesHighly proficient analytical, problem-solving, judgment, decision-making, and prioritizationHighly proficient time management skillsMust be able to possess a high level of confidentiality.
