Duties

• Prepare and assemble food items efficiently following safety and quality standards
• Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitizing workstations, and ensuring food safety and sanitation protocols are followed
• Assist with food handling, and serving orders quickly to meet customer expectations in a quick service environment
• Manage cash register transactions accurately while handling cash and credit card payments
• Support kitchen operations through food prep, stocking supplies, and adhering to food safety guidelines

Experience

• Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required—training will be provided!
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures is advantageous
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude to create memorable guest experiences
