What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs
- Explain vehicle features, options, and benefits
- Conduct product demonstrations and test drives
- Present pricing, financing, and lease options
- Respond to phone and internet leads using CRM software
- Maintain consistent customer follow-up
- Prospect for new sales opportunities
- Maintain strong product knowledge of Volkswagen vehicles and technology
- Participate in ongoing training and development
- Support dealership goals and customer satisfaction standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working retail hours, including Saturdays
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Proficiency with computers and basic office software
- Sales experience preferred but not required
