About the Job
MidTex Masonry is looking for an experienced masonry foreman who has a dependable crew and knows how to lead commercial masonry work in the field.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in the trade, treats people right, communicates well, and wants to be part of a company that rewards good work.

What You’ll Do
- Lead a crew of masons and laborers
- Help keep the job moving safely and efficiently
- Read plans and understand the scope of work
- Coordinate daily work with the superintendent and project manager
- Communicate material needs, schedule issues, and field problems early
- Maintain quality masonry work
- Help manage labor, equipment, and materials on the job
- Represent MidTex Masonry professionally with general contractors and other trades
- Take care of your crew and help them succeed
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced masonry foreman
- Must have a reliable crew
- Commercial masonry experience preferred
- Ability to read plans and lead daily work
- Strong knowledge of brick, block, stone, cast stone, flashing, grout, reinforcing, and layout
- Dependable, safety-minded, and willing to communicate
- Someone who wants a long-term home, not just another job
