Overview
Renvio is looking for a Marketing Manager, Digital and Design to help shape how our brand shows up across digital channels, campaigns, sales materials, events, and our website.
This is a hands-on marketing role for someone with strong creative instincts, a sharp eye for design, and the ability to turn strategy and ideas into execution. You will help manage Renvio’s look and feel, support day-to-day digital and design needs, and make sure the company shows up with polish, consistency, and purpose.
The right person for this role is ready to roll up their sleeves, build, design, improve, and help the marketing team get more great work out the door.
What You’ll Do
Manage Renvio’s Look and Feel
You will help ensure Renvio shows up consistently and professionally across every major touchpoint, including the website, email, social media, collateral, presentations, digital ads, event materials, and sales enablement assets.
· Design marketing collateral, one-pagers, campaign assets, event materials, social graphics, email graphics, web visuals, presentations, and sales enablement materials
· Take brand standards, campaign direction, messaging, and business priorities and turn them into clear, polished, on-brand creative
· Help maintain consistency across Renvio’s brand visuals, templates, colors, typography, and layouts
· Improve existing assets so they feel more polished, modern, and useful
· Create reusable templates and design systems that make it easier for the team to move quickly
· Help the company show up well externally and internally
Own Website and Digital Design Execution
You will play an important role in managing and improving Renvio’s digital presence, especially the website. This includes building and updating web pages, supporting landing pages, improving layouts, and helping ensure our digital experience is clear, usable, and aligned with our brand.
· Create and update website pages, landing pages, forms, event pages, and campaign pages
· Design page layouts that support clear messaging and strong user experience
· Work within website, CMS, marketing automation, and CRM tools
· Help improve digital assets for clarity, conversion, and visual impact
· Coordinate with vendors or agencies when technical support is needed
· Make sure our digital presence stays current, clean, and aligned with business priorities
Support Campaigns, Emails, and Paid Media Creative
You will help the marketing team bring campaigns to life across digital channels. This includes designing email creative, campaign visuals, landing pages, paid media assets, and supporting materials.
You will also help guide the creative work produced by outside partners, including agencies supporting paid advertising.
· Design campaign graphics and digital assets
· Create visuals for marketing emails, newsletters, webinars, events, and nurture campaigns
· Support paid ad creative by reviewing, guiding, and approving agency-developed concepts
· Turn campaign strategy into practical creative assets
· Help ensure campaign materials are on brand and easy to understand
· Look at creative performance and help identify ways to improve assets over time
Turn Ideas Into Execution
A big part of this role is helping the marketing team move faster and produce more. You will take ideas, direction, copy sheets, campaign plans, and stakeholder requests and turn them into finished assets.
· Take a rough idea and turn it into a polished design
· Work from copy provided by the marketing team and adjust it when needed to support the design without changing the intended message
· Help organize and prioritize creative requests
· Manage multiple projects at once
· Keep work moving through reviews, edits, and approvals
· Bring a practical, solutions-oriented mindset to the work
Support Events and Sales Enablement
You will help create materials that support events, webinars, conferences, and sales conversations.
· Event graphics and signage
· Email and landing page creative for events
· Booth and handout materials
· Webinar graphics and promotional assets
· Sales decks, one-pagers, leave-behinds, and other customer-facing materials
· Internal templates and assets that help customer-facing teams represent Renvio well
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone with strong design talent, good judgment, and the ability to learn quickly. You should be able to show that you have taken on projects, jobs, internships, freelance work, student work, or creative assignments that helped you build your skills.
The ideal candidate has:
· 1-3+ years of experience in marketing, design, digital marketing, communications, or a related field
· A strong portfolio that shows your ability to design, execute, and communicate visually
· Experience creating digital and/or print marketing assets
· Strong understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency
· Comfort working on websites, landing pages, emails, social graphics, presentations, and collateral
· Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, CMS, or email marketing tools
· Ability to work with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, PowerPoint, HubSpot, or similar platforms
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to manage multiple projects and keep work moving
· Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different teams
· The confidence to make recommendations, ask smart questions, and improve the work
· A practical, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset
Healthcare, healthcare technology, SaaS, or B2B marketing experience is helpful, but not required. We care most about your portfolio, your ability to execute, and your willingness to learn the market.
What Success Looks Like
You will be successful in this role if:
· Renvio’s marketing materials look more polished, consistent, and professional
· Website pages and digital assets are created and updated more efficiently
· Campaigns have the creative support they need to launch well
· Sales and customer-facing teams have stronger materials to use in conversations
· Outside agency creative is better aligned with Renvio’s brand and expectations
· The marketing team can move faster because you help turn ideas into finished work
· Internal stakeholders see you as a trusted resource for making Renvio show up well
Application Requirement
Please include a link to your portfolio when applying. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
Your portfolio does not need to be limited to corporate work. We are happy to see examples from internships, freelance projects, student work, small business projects, personal brand work, volunteer work, or other creative projects that show how you think, design, and execute.
We are especially interested in seeing examples of:
· Digital design
· Website or landing page work
· Email or campaign creative
· Social graphics
· Sales or marketing collateral
· Presentation design
· Brand systems or visual consistency across multiple pieces
The key is that we can see your eye for design, your ability to communicate clearly, and your ability to take an idea and turn it into something polished.
