We’re looking for a creative and strategic Marketing & Media Professional to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll help develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, media initiatives, and brand communications that strengthen audience engagement and support business growth.

This position is ideal for someone who combines creativity with analytical thinking and has experience across digital marketing, media coordination, content strategy, and brand communication.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute marketing and media campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Create and coordinate engaging content for social media, websites, email campaigns, blogs, and promotional materials
• Collaborate with design, content, product, and leadership teams on branding and campaign initiatives
• Manage campaign timelines, media schedules, and project deliverables
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, audience engagement, and marketing metrics
• Assist with public relations, partnerships, and media outreach initiatives
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels
• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, influencers, or media partners when needed
• Stay informed about industry trends, social media developments, and emerging marketing technologies

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, Business, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing, media, communications, advertising, or related roles
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
• Experience managing digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign and engagement data
• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
• Must be based in the United States and authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS, technology, media, e-commerce, or startup environments
• Familiarity with SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, or influencer campaigns
• Experience with multimedia content creation, video production, or podcasting
• Knowledge of branding, storytelling, and audience growth strategies
• Experience using CRM or marketing automation platforms
