As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated Market Research Associate to join our remote team. Position Summary

The Market Research Associate will support qualitative and quantitative research initiatives, analyze market data, assist with client deliverables, and collaborate closely with project teams. This role requires strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to communicate insights effectively through presentations and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research projects.
• Collect, review, classify, and validate market research data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Perform basic statistical analyses using Excel, SPSS, and other analytical tools, including:
• Descriptive statistics (means, medians, frequencies)
• Correlation analysis
• Significance testing
• Data interpretation and reporting
• Develop customized client presentations in PowerPoint that effectively communicate research findings through charts, graphs, tables, and visual storytelling.
• Participate in interviews and discussions with physicians, patients, caregivers, and other healthcare stakeholders while providing detailed notes and observations.
• Assist in identifying key insights and translating research findings into actionable recommendations.
• Prioritize project activities and manage multiple deadlines across concurrent client engagements.
• Maintain organized workflows and project documentation using agency tools and processes.
• Become proficient in the software and research tools utilized by OptiBrand Rx, including Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Outlook, Excel, SPSS, and other research platforms.
• Support additional research, analytical, and administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Statistics, Healthcare Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience conducting basic statistical analyses and interpreting quantitative data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.

Preferred:

• Experience with SPSS, R, or other statistical software.
• Previous exposure to market research, healthcare research, pharmaceutical marketing, branding, or consulting.
• Experience creating professional presentations and data visualizations.
