Carley Foundry is seeking an EHS Specialist to support environmental, health, and safety programs in our metal foundry operation. This role is responsible for helping ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements while promoting a strong culture of safety, environmental responsibility, and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on safety professional who is comfortable working in a heavy industrial environment and partnering with employees, supervisors, and leadership to reduce risk, improve compliance, and support safe foundry operations.

Work Environment
This position works regularly in a manufacturing and foundry environment with exposure to
heat, dust, noise, and moving equipment. Required PPE must be worn in designated areas.
Salary: The anticipated annual salary range is $75,000 to $90,000, based on education, experience, & demonstrated skills.
Hours Per Week: 40-45 hours
