Treadwall Fitness is a pioneer in the climbing and fitness industry for over 30 years. We’re a small, passionate group looking for a motivated individual to help us grow and continue building world-class equipment based on climbing. What You’ll Do:

As a Manufacturing Partner and part of our team, you will play a key role in creating our products. Your day will include a variety of tasks, such as:

• Fabricating metal parts – helping to prep, cut, and shape metal parts.
• Managing materials and suppliers – ordering stock, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring we have the right materials on hand.
• Post-paint preparation – helping to prepare finished parts ready for shipping.
• Team collaboration – working with others to solve problems and improve processes.
• General maintenance – keeping tools and machines in good working order.
• Task prioritization – working closely with fellow staff to organize and tackle the most pressing tasks each week.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Tool & Machinery Experience: Comfortable handling tools and machinery .
• Physical Fitness: Able to lift up to 70 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Clear Communication: Ability to communicate effectively and willing to participate in group discussions.
• Tech: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer literacy.
• Good Driving Record: A clean driving record is required.
• Experience: At least 2 years of relevant work experience or technical training in a related field (metalworking, fabrication, etc.). At least one year must be in a related work experience.
• Education: High school diploma or higher.
