Manufacturing Maintenance Technician Full Time

Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced MANUFACTURING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN to join our 25 -year-old company in DORAVILLE.

The ideal candidate will dig into the details of our operations to improve the efficiency of specialized production equipment. . This position requires a team player that will work hands-on within our maintenance team.

Compensation offered is based on your work history and level of expirence.

Job Duties:

· Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive & predictive maintenance requirements following diagrams, operations manuals, manufacturer’s instructions, and troubleshooting malfunctions.

· Innovative in solving hard problems and output inefficiencies.

· Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measuring and testing instruments.

· Maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt.

· Provides mechanical maintenance information by answering questions and requests from opetators. .

· Prepares mechanical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

· Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing technical publications; establishing personal networks.

· Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.

· Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
