Responsible for leading the development, optimization, and strategic
improvement of manufacturing processes to drive efficiency, quality, and
scalability across operations. This position serves as a technical
leader, supporting cross-functional teams while driving continuous
improvement initiatives and ensuring alignment with company and customer
requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead development and implementation of advanced manufacturing

processes, routings, and work instructions

Evaluate and approve manufacturability of complex engineering

designs

Provide advanced technical support to production and resolve complex

manufacturing issues

Lead and drive process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce

cost, and improve throughput

Oversee and support new product introduction (NPI) initiatives

across departments

Collaborate cross-functionally with Programming, Quality, and

Production leadership

Design and approve tooling, fixtures, and process improvements

Analyze production and quality data to drive strategic

decision-making

Ensure compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, and

regulatory requirements (including ITAR as applicable)

Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for complex

production and quality issues

Drive continuous improvement initiatives (lean manufacturing, 5S,

waste reduction)

Mentor and develop Level I and Level II Engineers

Support departmental and organizational goals through leadership and

technical expertise
