SPX is a diverse team of unique individuals who all make an impact. We are opening a new campus facility that will have two of our businesses (Marley and Ingenia Technologies) evolving and growing together at SPX’s very first campus.
Reporting into the assembly manager, this position is also responsible for optimizing production lines by designing, implementing, and improving assembly processes to maximize efficiency, quality, and safety. We will need someone to coordinate projects from inception to completion with minimal supervision. This role requires expertise in statistical analysis, Lean, EHS considerations, CI, including the ability to conduct overall line balancing, develop business cases, create visual factory displays, and make improvement recommendations.
