Job Title: Manager, Organizational Change Management

Overview

Are you a seasoned change management professional passionate about transforming organizations and driving strategic initiatives? We are seeking a highly skilled Manager of Organizational Change Management to lead the people side of large-scale enterprise transformations. In this pivotal role, you will partner with executive leadership, IT, and business teams to design and implement change strategies that ensure successful adoption, sustainability, and realization of business outcomes. Your expertise will help shape the future of a global organization as it navigates complex digital and operational transformations, making a tangible impact on the company’s success and growth.

Required Skills

• Deep expertise in organizational change management, with a strong understanding of methodologies such as Prosci, Kotter, and ADKAR
• Proven experience leading large-scale, complex, global transformation initiatives, preferably in ERP implementations and manufacturing environments
• Strong project management skills, including developing change strategies, stakeholder engagement, communication plans, and adoption metrics
• Ability to assess organizational readiness and change impacts across people, processes, and technology
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing at all levels of the organization
• Data-driven decision-making skills, leveraging analytics to guide strategies and measure success
• Certification in Prosci, PMP, or Lean/Six Sigma highly desirable
• Ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams and geographies, influencing decision-making and driving alignment

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience supporting digital transformations, operational changes, or process improvements
• Background in manufacturing, operations, or enterprise environments
• Experience navigating a global organization and managing change across multiple regions and cultures
• Consulting experience working with various clients and transformation initiatives

Preferred Education and Experience

• Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field required
• Master’s Degree strongly preferred
• 7-10 years of proven experience leading enterprise-wide, complex change initiatives, with a focus on technology and operational transformations
• ERP change management experience is highly desirable
