The Manager, Franchise Onboarding, Popeyes, US&C, leads the end-to-end onboarding of new franchise partners, ensuring a seamless transition from deal execution through restaurant conversion and opening, in close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Real Estate, and reporting to the Director, Franchising and Business Development. Success in the role is defined by the ability to coordinate internal teams and external partners, manage franchise agreements, and execute tailored onboarding plans with clear timelines and milestones, while maintaining proactive communication and visibility into progress. This role also drives continuous improvement of onboarding processes and builds strong franchisee relationships to support long-term success.
RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week out of our Miami, FL office.
