What the role looks like:
• Work face-to-face with customers at events, retail locations, and brand activations throughout Miami
• Represent well-known national brands and help customers find solutions that fit their needs
• Receive hands-on training and daily coaching from experienced managers who started in your exact position
• Collaborate with a team of ambitious, supportive people who push each other to improve
• Take on increasing responsibility as you develop—from learning the basics to training others to managing your own team
• Participate in weekly development sessions focused on skill-building, feedback, and career planning
The growth path:
• Start as a trainee and master the fundamentals of customer engagement and sales
• Progress to senior team member as you consistently perform and show initiative
• Move into assistant manager role where you begin mentoring and training new hires
• Advance to full manager position where you build and lead your own team
• All promotions are merit-based and happen as you’re ready—most people move into management within 12-18 months
