Full Job Description
Pay is based on experience.
Property maintenance involves emptying out units, all maintenance repairs ( filling wall holes, remodeling bathrooms, painting etc.) in getting the units ready to rent.
Outside work, boiler knowledge is helpful
Repairing appliances
Some yard work
Doing what the On Site Manager asks of the employee
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
