Requirement

1. Qualification(s): B.E in ENTC/ Mechanical/ Electrical
2. Work Experience : 10 – 15 years of Experiance in Fiber & Utility Maintenance.

Job Description

1. Maintain and update the asset master

2. Monitor performance of the vendors against defined SLAs

3. Ensure compliance to defined SLA/KPIs

4. Execute O&M activities for inside plant electronics (ISP)

5. Ascertain compliance to health, safety, environment and fire policies

6. Propose and implement energy optimization initiatives

7. Provide leadership to outsourced infrastructure maintenance team

8. Coordinate with network operations centre for network management

9. Ensure adherence to quality management standards

10. Ascertain compliance to preventive and corrective maintenance, standards for fiber and utility equipment.

11. Maintain reliability of optical fiber network, uptime of fiber and, utility equipment.

12. Collaborate with infrastructure maintenance core team for, maintaining network performance and upgradation

Skills Required:

1. Knowledge of OSS and SAP – PM and MM modules

2. Knowledge of operations and maintenance of network infrastructure
