We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and lead maintenance operations within our industrial/manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, and automated systems, and a proven track record of supervising maintenance teams in a production environment. This role ensures facility equipment runs safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise, mentor, and schedule a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for production machinery, HVAC, electrical systems, conveyors, and other facility equipment.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and automation issues to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
- Develop, implement, and monitor maintenance programs, including routine inspections and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and reports; track work orders and equipment performance.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and management teams to prioritize maintenance tasks and capital improvements.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, efficiency, and safety.
