Maintenance / Custodial Technician Full Time

Schedule : Wednesday-Sunday 1:30pm-10pm

Responsibilities

• Perform routine custodial duties including cleaning, sanitation, and upkeep of common areas, offices, and workspaces to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical wiring, and mechanical equipment to minimize downtime and extend asset lifespan.
• Carry out repairs, residential painting, and other hands on projects as needed to maintain facility integrity.
• Maintain detailed records using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for work orders, inspections, and repairs to ensure compliance and accountability.

Skills

• Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices across various environments such as manufacturing or residential settings.
• Excellent customer service skills with clear communication in English to interact professionally with colleagues and seniors.
