Full Job Description
Divine House Properties is currently seeking a full–time Maintenance / Carpentry person to assist in the construction and maintenance of our residential homes. This person will need to be able to complete projects independently, as well as part of crew. Knowledge of general home maintenance is required, knowledge of construction, flooring or finish carpentry preferred. Duties will include but not be limited to; remodeling, and daily household repairs. Positions will be primarily M-F with optional weekend shifts with rotation of the weekend on call. Competitive wage based on education & experience. Valid driver’s license is required along with the ability to pass a background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour
