Heat Holistic Lifestyle Program is currently seeking a motivated and compassionate LSCW/LSW/LAPC/LPC/LDC/LCDAC to join our team. This position offers a hybrid/remote work environment in the Social Service industry.
Candidates must hold an active New Jersey license to be considered
Job Expectations:
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans
- Connect clients with community resources and social services
- Provide medical social work services
- Offer clinical counseling and family therapy
- Utilize trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy and couples therapy techniques
- Deliver individual and group therapy sessions
