Position Overview:
We are looking for someone who can anticipate needs, move quickly, and handle multiple priorities at once. The right candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and thrives under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily schedules, appointments, and calendar coordination
Coordinate meetings with Logistics companies and
Assist with business operation (vendor communication, order follow-ups, light reporting)
Handle confidential information with professionalism
Support multiple projects across different companies
Organize documents, emails, and internal communications
Help streamline processes and improve efficiency
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as a Logistics Personnel
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills (English required, Spanish preferred)
Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace; QuickBooks or similar is a plus)
Highly proactive and solution-oriented

$20-$22/hour (based on experience)

Requisitos:
2+ años de experiencia como personal de Logistica.
Excelente organización y habilidad multitarea
Capacidad de trabajar bajo presión
Inglés requerido (español preferido)
Conocimiento de herramientas tecnológicas (Excel, Google, QuickBooks es un plus)
Proactiva y resolutiva
