Compensation

Starting Pay: $14.00 per hour with Performance-Based Pay Increases

Following a successful 90-day introductory period, team members may be eligible for performance-based raises and advancement opportunities. Compensation growth is based on factors such as attendance, reliability, work ethic, coachability, productivity, and overall contribution to the team.

Beauty Bar Cosmetics is a rapidly growing livestream e-commerce company specializing in beauty, cosmetics, fragrance, and lifestyle products. We sell products through live shopping platforms and are looking for motivated individuals who want to build a career in one of the fastest-growing industries in online retail.

This is not your typical retail position. We are seeking energetic, reliable, and ambitious team members who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited about learning sales, marketing, live commerce, and content creation.

No previous livestream sales experience is required. We will train the right candidates.

Position Overview

As a Livestream Show Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our live selling operations. You will assist hosts during livestreams, help manage products and inventory, engage with customers, support moderators, and learn the skills necessary to eventually advance into higher-level positions within the company.

Responsibilities

• Assist with livestream preparation and setup
• Organize and stage products for live shows
• Support livestream hosts during broadcasts
• Help track inventory and product movement
• Monitor customer questions and assist the team as needed
• Package and organize products between livestreams
• Learn sales techniques and product knowledge
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
• Follow company procedures and operational guidelines
• Contribute to a positive and team-oriented work environment
