PERSONAL CARE ASSISTANCE:
Bathing, Dressing, and Transferring, Feeding, Incontinence care, meal prep, light housekeeping, socialization, Reminding of Meds, grocery shopping, Accompany to Appt when needed, Supervision and maintaining a safe environment for the client.
HOMEMAKER AND COMPANION:
HOMEMAKER: LIGHT HOUSEKEEPING AND GROCERY SHOPPING WHEN NEEDED.
COMPANION: SUPERVISION, REMAINDER FOR SELF-ADMINISTERED MEDS. ASSIST WITH PHONE CALLS, SOCIALIZATION, ESCORT TO RECREATIONAL ACTIVITY, ACCOMPANY TO MEDICAL APPT WHEN NEEDED.
