Job Summary
This position works closely with the Director of Lifestyle Enrichment to organize, plan and implement events and activities to enrich the lives of Panorama residents and prospective residents.
This position works closely with the Director of Lifestyle Enrichment to organize, plan and implement events and activities to enrich the lives of Panorama residents and prospective residents.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop monthly bus activity outings and enter activities in resident portal (Kya) to prepare for sign ups.
- Assists residents with registering for monthly activities, utilizing technology resources whenever available.
- Reconcile charges and provide accurate reporting to the Accounting Department.
- Generate and distribute attendee registration lists for all off and on campus events to relevant staff and instructors.
- Facilitate Zoom Webinars as needed.
- Assists with monthly newsletter publication by importing Activities & Events information and calendar details into InDesign.
- Assists with various services and events provided by the department.
- Assists setting up & striking for selected activity programs as needed.
- Performs a variety of administrative tasks that support the team and serve as a back up to others as needed.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma/GED required
- One year administrative experience and demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office required
One year customer service required
