We are currently seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurses to add to our team of long term care and skilled nursing professionals. As an important member of our clinical team, the LPN delivers quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact and provides care and services to allow patients to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psycho-social well-being in accordance with Life Care standards. Your role includes evaluating patient needs through ongoing assessment and revise care plans based on changes in the patient’s condition. On a daily basis you must be able to provide clinical supervision and support to CNAs and work well with
- Starting pay up to $43.00/hr.(rates dependent on shift differentials and experience )

Education, Experience, and License Requirements:
- Must maintain an active Licensed Practical Nurse(LPN) license in applicable state and good standing throughout employment.
- One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred. New Grads welcomed!
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
