Job Summary
We are expanding and seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including exercises and therapeutic modalities.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress notes.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for both patients and staff.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Stay updated on best practices in physical therapy and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted PTA licensure
• Current CPR certification; TB test/Chest X-ray result.
• Good self-motivative, organizational, and communication skills

Salary:

PT: $110,000-$120,000 plus benefits
