Licensed Land Surveyor Full Time

Job Summary
Tidewater Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Land Surveyor (PLS) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of land surveying practices, project management, and field operations. Responsibilities

• Perform boundary, topographic, ALTA, and construction surveys.
• Prepare survey plats, legal descriptions, and reports.
• Operate GPS, total stations, and other survey equipment.
• Review field data for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Supervise and support field crews when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with state and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Active Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license required.
• Minimum of 5 years of surveying experience preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar software preferred.
• Strong understanding of boundary law and survey procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Pay: $95,000.00 per year
