2. About the Opportunity: The Leave of Absence Coordinator manages the administration of federal, state, and company leave programs across all operating states. This role serves as the primary contact for employees requesting, on, or returning from leave, ensuring timely and compliant leave processing. The position supports the HR team by maintaining accurate records and collaborating with various stakeholders, contributing to the organization”s employee support and legal compliance efforts

3. Responsibilitie
- s:Serve as the primary contact for all leave of absence inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platform
- s.Conduct intake to determine applicable leave types based on employee eligibilit
- y.Communicate leave processes, eligibility, documentation, and return-to-work expectations to employees and supervisor
- s.Address general leave questions and escalate complex issues appropriatel
- y.Prepare and distribute leave packets electronically and via mai
- l.Issue required legal notices within statutory timeframes and maintain delivery documentatio
- n.Manage leave cases in HRIS systems, ensuring accurate tracking of leave details and documentatio
- n.Document all communications and case activities thoroughl
- y.Coordinate light duty and intermittent leave schedules with managemen
- t.Identify and escalate reasonable accommodation requests in coordination with HR leadershi
- p.Provide status updates and respond to inquiries from HR Business Partners and manager
